Disclaimer

Last updated: October 15, 2026

Please read this disclaimer carefully before using gtamzansigame.co.za or downloading any files from this site.

Fan-Made Content, Not an Official Product :

GTA Mzansi is a fan-made modification built on top of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. It is not developed, published, endorsed, or affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any of their subsidiaries in any way. All Grand Theft Auto trademarks, logos, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

This website is an independent, unofficial source of information, download links, and guides related to GTA Mzansi. We are not the creators of the mod itself.

Use at Your Own Risk :

Downloading and installing modified APK files always carries some inherent risk, the same way installing any app from outside an official app store does. While we test our download links and take reasonable precautions before publishing them, we cannot guarantee that:

  • The mod will work perfectly on every device
  • There will be zero bugs, glitches, or compatibility issues
  • The mod will remain available or unchanged indefinitely

By downloading GTA Mzansi through this site, you acknowledge that you’re doing so voluntarily and at your own discretion.

No Official Google Play Availability :

GTA Mzansi is not available on the Google Play Store because it is a fan-made modification, not an officially licensed product. Installing it requires enabling “Unknown Sources” on your Android device. We explain this process in our install guide, but the decision to enable this setting, and any consequences of doing so, is entirely up to you.

Accuracy of Information:

We do our best to keep the content on this site accurate, up to date, and genuinely useful. That said:

  • Game features, version numbers, and file details may change without notice
  • Screenshots, descriptions, and feature lists are provided for informational purposes and may not reflect every version exactly
  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from reliance on information found on this site

If you spot outdated or incorrect information, we’d appreciate you letting us know at gtamazansi@gmail.com.

Third-Party Links & Content :

This site may link to external websites, forums, or communities related to GTA Mzansi. We don’t control the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites, and we’re not responsible for anything you encounter on them. Visiting external links is done at your own discretion.

Advertising Disclosure :

This website displays advertisements through third-party ad networks, including Google AdSense, to help support the cost of running the site. We do not control the specific ads shown to individual visitors, and the presence of an ad does not imply our endorsement of the advertiser or their product.
